Job Description
The PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Office advances and fosters integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization. We promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, and thus help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation and reputational risk. The CPE and CPA Licensing Compliance group drives the US firm's Ethics & Compliance mission and strategic objectives by monitoring, processing, reviewing, compiling.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the design and implementation of effective compliance controls, policies, and procedures. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:       
- Leveraging proven business level fluency, both written and spoken, in Spanish;
- Understanding complex policies, applying policies to a myriad of scenarios, and utilizing judgment appropriately;
- Thinking strategically, challenging the status quo, and recommending alternative solutions;
- Communicating clearly both orally and in writing, including but not limited to email communications, meeting agendas and presentations.
- Demonstrating professional maturity, sound judgment, integrity and attention to confidentiality;
- Working with multiple stakeholders to develop complex technical documents and presentations;
- Working with multiple stakeholders to distill complex compliance requirements and technical documents into understandable and actionable advice and guidance; and communications, training and awareness materials;
- Leading and directing multiple projects to completion, working autonomously or with numerous stakeholders, while also executing daily responsibilities;
- Managing evolving deadlines and priorities;
- Employing analytical thinking & technical abilities including but not limited to analyzing compliance reporting data within excel and identifying process improvement;
- Proactively identifying problems before crises arise and developing solutions;
- Taking responsibility for the quality of the team's work products, paying significant attention to detail to identify and correct issues;
- Promoting an atmosphere of trust, professionalism and integrity;
- Leading junior staff members in professional development;
- Delivering and documenting both formal and informal feedback; and,
- Using technology effectively and efficiently including but not limited to all CPE/CPA and ACC-related compliance systems.

Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
