Position/Program Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:





Thorough knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and HR measurement within complex multi-national companies.





Considerable knowledge of developing, delivering and analyzing employee surveys including engagement, exit and on-boarding surveys.







Working knowledge of general HR best practices and ways to optimize its effectiveness within a business.





Skills Preferred:





Comprehensive technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement

including development of dashboard metrics, setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis.





Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.





Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.





Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:





Bachelor of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree in a business related subject required. Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in any of the following; Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Health related, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development preferred.





Required to have one of the following professional credentials: Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Certified Equity Professional, Certified Pension Consultant, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Qualified 401K Administrator (QKA), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Licensed Insurance Consultant, Licensed Pharmacist, Associate, Society of Actuaries, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Chartered Financial Analyst, Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Enrolled Actuary, Fellow, Life Management Institute, Fellow, or Society of Actuaries.
