Professionals in PwC Public Sector LLP may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

We do this by helping to transform their HR function, including their HR policies, operations and dashboards, and increasing their workforce capability. We also drive both transformational and event driven changes by focusing on organization design, leadership, culture, change management, communications and training.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field


Knowledge Preferred:
Some knowledge and understanding of the talent management function including: workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, human resources effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning. Some exposure in the design and delivery of consulting solutions in the areas of organizational, HR and learning development, analytics and forecasting/modeling.


Skills Preferred:
Some proven abilities identifying and addressing client needs and delivering quality results in a collaborative and fast paced environment:
- Interacting with client counterparts in an organized and knowledgeable manner, developing an awareness of the firm's services and building solid relationships with clients.
- Structuring discrete problems, deliver clear requests for information and demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- Conveying ideas clearly in an oral and written manner, both one-on-one and in small groups. Proven track record of success as a team member with demonstrated abilities to understand personal and team roles, contribute to a positive environment by building solid relationships with team members and seek guidance, clarification and feedback when necessary.


This role supports client work contractually requiring US Citizenship and a Secret Level Security Clearance.
