Job Description
The GDMS organization is focused on three strategic objectives: articulation and integration of GDM strategy; definition, build-out and continuous improvement of GDM delivery capabilities; and ongoing execution of GDM operations to ensure seamless quality and service across the SDN. The DADS organization is working to build Data and Analytics capabilities on a xLoS basis and embed them in every aspect of PwC’s client services.

DADS is building an Analytics-driven business culture that will enhance performance, reduce risk and cost, and identify new paths to provide services and capture value. Both GDMS and DADS are shifting PwC’s business model and value proposition to position the US firm and the global network of firms to be more competitive
both now and in the future
and help deliver distinctive service to our clients.

The GDM Operations Team, which is a part of the Global Delivery Model Services (GDMS) Organization, drives the articulation and alignment of PwC's GDM strategy and the development of key capabilities required to execute it.

The GDM Operations Team is responsible for capacity planning; workflow management; creating and implementing operational protocols and standards; Engagement Team and SDC communications; and performance reporting and management for relevant stakeholders.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of, and/or success in an individual contributor role involving, performing in a global delivery model and/or data analytics business environments for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
- Understanding of the Firm's organizational structure in order to analyze accurately results, identify possible issues, make recommendations, and support conclusions, especially through the utilization of Global Delivery Management and other firm-issued technologies, e.g., Envoy, Lotus Notes, GFS, and Microsoft Office
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
- Supporting the Global Delivery Management Operations Manager or Senior Manager with strategic and operational projects from planning to implementation;
- Recognizing and taking action when issues require additional consultation or escalation;
- Collaborating with internal or external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and issues, and reviewing process efficiencies and making recommendations for process improvement
e.g., root cause analyses between engagement teams in the US and domestic and international service delivery centers requiring communications with Senior or Manager level staff, preparation of balanced analyses for Senior Managers and Partners of the US Firm and of service delivery centers; and,
- Working independently on projects, influencing team Leadership by providing support with project and operational planning, administration and implementation.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with performing in a global delivery model and/or data analytics business environments for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
- Applying an in-depth understanding of global delivery management strategic objectives and serving as subject matter specialist on Operational processes in support of strategy when working with service delivery center and internal business stakeholders;
- Resolving more complex issues raised by service delivery centers and Engagement teams;
- Innovating solutions for improving existing processes and tools relative to Global Delivery Management Operations;
- Developing and reviewing Global Delivery Management results dashboards provided to leadership;
- Completing in-depth analyses of current trending business topics and monthly results, as well as the subsequent documentation of conclusions to be included in the reporting packages; and
- Developing comprehensive schedules and templates, and participating in and completing ad hoc/special projects.
