Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in a business field of study


Degree Preferred: Master's degree or Doctorate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Mathematics, Organizational Development,
Public Policy, or Statistics


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles involving talent management, workforce planning, and HR measurement within complex multi-national companies—preferably for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:

- Development, delivery, and analysis of employee surveys including engagement, exit and on-boarding surveys.


- General HR industry-leading practices and ways to optimize its effectiveness within a business.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with performing on a project management team in a professional services environment focusing on survey deliverables, including but not limited to:

- Preparing project plans, setting up online survey and administration and reporting sites, creating databases, processing data deliverables, generating reports, and collaborating with project teams to develop insights and advise clients on industry-leading practices;
- Providing on-time completion of project deadlines and deliverables;
- Maintaining quality assurance levels of all project deliverables;
- Supporting client relationships and helping with business development, i.e. developing sales decks;

Demonstrates proven thorough technical skills and success in the areas of HR and workforce measurement, including developing of dashboard metrics, setting measurement standards, overseeing project management of data collection and data analyses.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrated proven thorough abilities and success as a project leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
