Job Description
As businesses grow and become more complex, they navigate complicated transactions. Our growing Advisory Transaction Services practice helps executives achieve strategic growth objectives for their organizations by driving informed and empowered acquisition, divestiture and reorganization decisions. Our transaction services professionals help companies across the deal continuum
developing the right strategy, identifying issues and points of negotiation and value, executing the deal seamlessly, and implementing changes to deliver synergies and improvements post integration.

Our Transaction Services consultants help clients across the deal continuum. This high performing team advises clients in executing acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments, as well as provide

financial and accounting diligence analysis for clients' transactions.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 years experience required. 1-2 Years of experience preferred


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates some knowledge of Deals across industries and global geographies as well as familiarity of PwC Transaction Services as an overall service offering. Demonstrates some knowledge of and abilities in support of global implementation and post-launch monitoring & support for both US and Global, including:
- Providing project management support including scheduling calls, tracking progress and following up on action items with local territory teams with respect to the implementation of Deals Industry IQ;
- Configuring the online site for territory- specific information such as local contacts, sector teams, knowledge sites, etc.;
- Performing monthly and quarterly analysis of usage reports by territory and generate monthly quarterly status reports for Partners and Staff; and
- Assisting technology team with site testing for bug-fixes and additional features and functional updates.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates some knowledge and abilities to work both independently and as a team, in the attainment organizational goals through the following:
- Attention to detail to maintain adherence to risk and quality protocols;
- Displaying good judgment with respect to completeness of information and prioritization;
- Managing time effectively and tracking project progress against agreed goals with focus on timely delivery;
- Communicating and presenting cogently to all levels of the organization recommendations for improvements and enhanced site functionality utilizing firm-sponsored technology such as, Microsoft Office suite. Interest in mergers and acquisitions as well as industry trends is desired.
