Job Description
The PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Office advances and fosters integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization.

We promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, and thus help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

The Ethics and Compliance Office's Education and Messaging group is responsible for the oversight and implementation of E&C's firmwide education and messaging activities delivered to all partners and staff, and for the alignment of any education and messaging activities with E&C's strategic objectives. - and the Education and Messaging function supports the firm by executing and leading relevant areas of the Ethics and Compliance Office in support of these key firm areas.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing and executing comprehensive ongoing ethics and compliance-related strategic education programs, preferably within a global professional services firm or comparable large enterprise within the private sector, including the following areas:

- Managing and executing the approach for how education will be handled within the functional operations across a US professional services partnership, including tactical delivery requiring day-to-day oversight of the coordination and implementation of an Ethics and Compliance function's education programs;

- Engaging with resources within an organization's Ethics and Compliance-related function and designated leaders within its enterprise, client-facing business' compliance groups;

- Collaborating closely with learning and development, communications and change, marketing and sales resources on appropriate delivery of materials related to education and messaging deliverables;

- Understanding of current key client-related business issues and trends, aligning internal and external Ethics and Compliance-related education and communications around those issues;

- Measuring and tracking results of education and communications pieces, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis, on how education and communications contribute to trending compliance results; and,

- Contributing to opportunities to lead and improve upon current education and messaging processes, helping the internal resources of the Ethics and Compliance organization further develop skills to support and meet changing business needs.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success defining and championing the overarching, integrated education and messaging strategy of an Ethics and Compliance organization within a global professional services partnership business model, including the following areas:

- Developing and sustaining business relationships using networking, negotiation, influence and persuasion skills with designated stakeholders to implement comprehensive, aligned strategic education and communications plan aligned with Ethics and Compliance's business objectives;

- Managing project requests and resource management across all Ethics and Compliance functions to provide for strategic alignment against staffing needs and overall Ethics and Compliance initiatives, emphasizing functions involving Ethics and Compliance-related communications and education;

- Managing the delivery of the annual training curriculum specific to the Ethics and Compliance component;

- Assisting in maintaining and managing the education portfolio, including new hire training as well as other on-boarding areas, and milestone trainings; and,

- Implementing a needs assessment/analysis for organizational related education and training, including collaborating with internal or external vendor resources to meet the objectives determined from the needs analysis.
