Job Description

The Global Talent Management is accountable for managing the communications processes, executive communications and ensuring quality and consistency across territories and stakeholders. The Talent Management team anticipates, develops and implements internal talent strategy which supports the Firm's objectives.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Managing Talent, Career Development, organizational change management, stakeholder management, and communications;

- Leveraging Project Leadership and the ongoing influencing of and advising to territories on the implementation of talent strategy;

- Demonstrating subject matter specialization in talent identification, career development, succession planning and talent governance; and,

- Articulating talent strategy and influence its adoption within all territories across the PwC network.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Leading development and dissemination of thought leadership to all HC and Talent community across the network through various media;

- Designing, innovating, and publishing materials and managing content for the Talent in a Box global microsite;

- Leading compilation and analysis of and strategy for key talent programme alumni globally;

- Preparing Global Talent Management materials for leadership meetings (talent presentations to SCM, NLT);

- Developing Talent Management measures/KPI’s and other data analysis and report generation;

- Leading on global measurements, analyzing and reporting of Global Talent Management KPIs, and consulting with Territory HC leadership on action plans to progress the Talent agenda in their territories;

- Driving implementation of leading practices in Talent Management across the Network in collaboration with Cluster and Territory Talent Leaders;

- Leading on specialized projects for example review of psychometric assessments across the network;

- Managing the use of Talent content for Talent and Development Community Spark site, Talent mail groups, and Talent and Development newsletter;

- Demonstrating Project leadership for Global Talent communications platform(s) and events;

- Coordinating communications to Network Talent Community; and,

- Driving the alignment of Talent Management practices across the network.
