Job Description
PwC's Global Marketing organization is a client-focused and high-performing team which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Enhancing global digital marketing campaigns to increase potential client and target engagement;

- Identifying opportunities to improve digital marketing campaigns across digital platforms including: email, search engine marketing, digital ads, marketing automation, social media and others as needed;

- Developing market specialization and accommodating new thinking and ideas (including Adobe, Salesforce and other client management platforms.);

- Developing industry leading practices in integrated online marketing and communications programs;

- Measuring the impact of the digital marketing campaigns to optimize impressions, open rates, click through rates and look across channels for user experience improvements;

- Utilizing and applying into projects extensive technical subject matter knowledge in digital industry leading practices(web, mobile, social, analytics), usability, digital risk issues, and digital technologies;

- Utilizing and applying into projects search, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, search engine advertising as a traffic driver and executing strategy to improve search rankings and results;

- Utilizing and applying into projects technical understanding of multimedia (eg video and audio) production and distribution technologies; and,

- Utilizing and applying into projects client and project management skills involving delivery of both content-based and technology-oriented products.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Managing changes to campaigns across global networks and territories to establish consistency and adoption of lessons learned;

- Performing content editing and production;

- Integrating all digital marketing activities to Salesforce Client Relationship Mgmt system to empower account teams to nurture and increase leads;

- Utilizing web support and marketing automation analytics program to continuously measure impact and optimize digital marketing strategies;

- Utilizing consistent brand identity across all digital marketing channels and properties;

- Coordinating campaigns across global and territories to establish a coordinated rollout of campaigns;

- Integrating digital marketing activities to drive closed loop (marketing to sales) activities that empower account teams to nurture and increase leads;

- Developing digital marketing campaigns across channels; and,

- Driving email and marketing automation programs (eg Adobe Target, Eloqua, etc).
