Job Description
A Regional Tax Coordinator provides administrative support to they Regional Tax Partner. They are the "single point of contact" for the administrative (arranging travel, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, responding to routine correspondence, maintaining records or files, responding to visitors and telephone calls) needs of assigned internal customers and provide services in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or 2 years of administrative experience supporting executive level leadership members and committees

Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive experience supporting executive level leadership members and committees including but not limited to:
Planning and executing meetings and events often in a different office or location in the region.
Providing phone/voicemail coverage.
Creating and scheduling calendar entries.
Drafting written communications (proposals, presentations, and memos).
Submitting time and expense reports.

Overseeing mail and package distribution.
Conducting database support.
Making travel arrangements.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates abilities utilizing effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with external clients and firm staff and/or management within a professional services business environment, including the use of the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to execute related deliverables.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as team member; building solid relationships; communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
Considerable ability to apply business acumen and specialized technical knowledge
Demonstrated and proven ability to participate in knowledge sharing activities, continuously developing and communicating best practices within formal and informal networks.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and leverage a complex, matrix organizational structure.
