Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Creative team is a group of highly skilled individuals with a wide scope of digital and traditional disciplines who are responsible for development and implementation of strategic programs and products that reflect the firm's strategic, brand and marketing objectives. The team delivers an integrated and differentiated customer experiences through visual, digital and verbal concepts across all media.

The Design function is responsible for developing digital and other design-led collateral, producing fully-branded, exacting designs. The Design team specializes in one or more of the following areas of design: HTML, responsive web; interactive; infographics; data visualization; tablet/handhelds, publications, advertising, user experience, sales material and event and environmental design.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in roles executing and contributing toward, strategy and design development of electronic and printed design, preferably within a marketing- and sales-related role in a corporation or professional services firm, which includes leveraging firm-issued PC-based systems and technologies (i.e. MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite et al) to provide concept, design, and layout of complex pieces ranging from internally printed materials to externally viewed multi-component campaigns.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with executing the concept, design and layout of complex pieces ranging from internally-printed materials to externally-viewed multi-component campaigns within a professional services firm, which includes the following areas:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ascertain the necessary information required for the development of design campaigns and driving of brand knowledge and acceptance with all levels of staff, including strategic design briefs, conceptualization sessions, and design-centric discussions;

- Managing a demanding and widely-fluctuating workload in high-volume, deadline-driven corporate environment through resource assignment and project coordination, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Web design skills to create deliverables; and,

- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust: seeking diverse view to encourage improvement and innovation: participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
