Job Description
Partner Affairs is comprised of Partner Admissions, Firm Governance, Partner Compensation, Partner Talent Management, Partner Development, Administration, HRIS/IT/Web and National Benefits.

The Partner Administration Center of US Partner Affairs administers distributions to active and retired partners, manages the U.S. partnership Human Capital processes, security and reporting, the partner income system, the partner international program, allocates partnership income, controls partner equity and investment accounts, manages capital and other funding, develops and administers partner retirement plans and provides other financial services to the partnership.

The Partner Distributions team responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Process four monthly payrolls
-Administer Benefit deductions and garnishments
-Record and reconcile Income and Earnings changes
-Coordinate and schedule payroll jobs
-Manage vendor interfaces
-Monitor bank reports & analyze daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports
-Set up PeopleSoft tables


-Actively plan and participate in User Acceptance Testing
-Collaborate across teams on Year End Settlement process
-Maintain and review financial data in the Partner portal

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with PeopleSoft, Payroll, Finance and Accounting environments. Extensive demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel required for setting up and reconciling controls, performing detailed analysis including, but not limited to use of formulas, compares, and look-ups. Demonstrated knowledge of Word, Access, and PowerPoint for documenting and presenting processes, as well as analyzing, importing and exporting data.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues. Analyze and load large payroll interfaces. Provide considerable clear and concise written and oral communications. Provide relevant information and policy interpretation. Maintain and reconcile financial controls. Create and analyze complex and detailed reports. Interact with leaders and apply independent judgment to resolve issues, accurately and concisely answer inquiries, and proactively report potential issues to management. Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple demands. Maintain confidentiality and integrity. Suggest recommendations for control improvements and process efficiencies. Participate in cross training to support business continuity. Ability to effectively support the Partner Distributions team Manager and work collaboratively across the team and with other members of the firm.
