Job Description
Advisory Hosting Services provides production, development and implementation environments for client engagements both domestically and in Asia. Advisory Hosting Services allows for a flexible, rapidly deployed environment that can be monitored and supported 24x7. The environment allows for usage of non US IT standard technologies and platforms available to internal and external users. Advisory Hosting Services also manages technology and strategic direction for US Advisory owned Solution Delivery Centers.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and a proven record of success of leading a team and project management engagements within a professional business services environment that focus on several of the following areas:

Hosting Services Industry, software development methodologies,

Infrastructure Operations, and

Service Management principles.
Demonstrates a proven extensive knowledge of team leading teams especially, project leadership and/or management of multiple IT service offerings across multiple technology teams within the US and off shore.
Demonstrates a proven extensive knowledge of applying a consultancy mindset as it relates to developing and offering creative and effective solutions to troubleshoot problems and/or business issues related to IT Hosting Services.
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of Industry and Firm IT services, emphasizing the understanding of

business functions and architecture deployed globally.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven considerable skills related to managing a team and project management engagements in a professional business services environment related to IT Hosting Services:

-Managing efforts across multiple technical teams and their supported services, especially translating business demands into prioritized initiatives to fill business requirements across services and/or project.

-Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and, preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials

-Leading operational initiatives for Hosting Services facilities, including Server, Storage, Database, Development/Tools, Facilities and Account Management teams including national and international locations

-Understanding the expertise required to manage enterprise-wide services as well as manage the competing demands for IT resources.
Demonstrates thorough abilities as a team leader that include the following: leading teams to achieve strategic goals, provide direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

3E Cloud Manager I Role
- Focuses on Cloud providers, platform, infrastructure, tools, standards, service catalog
- Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and administration of virtualized environments (built with VMWare technologies).
- Strong understanding of Storage Technologies to include SAN, NAS and DAS. Experience with administration of multiple arrays.
- Ability to design, architect and implement all components of the SDDC framework.
- Experience with Public cloud platforms to include AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience with the administration of resources deployed in a Public Cloud.
- Experience with migrating from an on-prem environment to a public cloud.
- Experience with Active Directory implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of SDN technologies for both on-prem and Public cloud environments.
- Understanding of the principles of Change Management and emphasis on establishing standards.

Candidate should have strong operational experience pertaining to infrastructure related items on-prem as well as in the Public cloud. Based on use cases candidate should be able recommend where workloads should be deployed between public and private. Based on the environment, should be able to recommend the required toolset to ensure operational efficiency. Should be able to coordinate with peers to arrive upon the required solution as well as to lead and motivate a team of systems engineers.
