Job Description
Advisory Hosting Services provides production, development and implementation environments for client engagements both domestically and in Asia. Advisory Hosting Services allows for a flexible, rapidly deployed environment that can be monitored and supported 24x7. The environment allows for usage of non US IT standard technologies and platforms available to internal and external users. Advisory Hosting Services also manages technology and strategic direction for US Advisory owned Solution Delivery Centers.

The Advisory Lab Administrators team for Advisory Hosting Services supports a local office of over 100 staff members as well as people in remote offices and at client sites, providing IT support for various platforms.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 2
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of IT experience
Certification(s) Preferred: Microsoft and VMware

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough levels of knowledge of and a proven record of success as a systems administrator within a professional business services environment, which includes specializations in the following areas:

- Systems administration, open source software methodologies, infrastructure operations, service management principles, Windows Server Administration, VMware, SAN, and CA Arcserve.
- Software installations, applications of patches, management of file systems, performance monitoring, and troubleshoot alerts from commercial monitoring tools;
- Configuration Management tools (i.e. Puppet)

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and success in roles executing results within a professional services firm and consultative environment, leveraging creative problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot problems and/or issues, while simultaneously developing and offering effective solutions for, business issues related to IT hosting services.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of industry and IT services pertaining to a professional services business environment, especially how information technology is integrated with business functions and architecture deployed globally.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and success in roles translating business demands into prioritized initiatives to fill business requirements across services and/or projects and managing enterprise-wide System Administration services, including the following areas:
- Management of client requirements, project workflows, and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials related to technical problem solving
- Recognition as an industry professional with systems administration specialization, demonstrating a proven record of leveraging that network to support new opportunities


This position supports the Threat Detection Response & Investigations Cybersecurity team.

The role will be based out of the Georgia Data Center in Lithia Springs, GA near Atlanta.

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Thin client, VDI, Imaging solutions and NetBackup,
