Job Description
PwC's US Finance organization is a strategic business advisor responsible for managing the firm's financial risk, including: financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with strategic and tactical matters. Services include: budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, data and analytics, shared services and financing. Finance works daily with US Leadership, engagement partners and managers on managing the profitability of engagements.

Finance has assisted other PwC Network firms regionalize their financial operations. Finance also analyzes potential acquisitions, assisting with the integration (including system needs) and educating partners/managers on how to navigate our various financial systems.

The Domestic and International Accounting Operations team oversees the functions and processes related to financial operations of the US Firm and it's Foreign subsidiaries.

The International Accounting and Reporting group is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the International Accounting-Transfer
Pricing, and Audit Support teams.



This group is responsible for the implementation of back-end controls around the review of foreign company code ledgers and the creation and completion of accurate & complete company code ledgers to support the Firm's global tax filing requirements.

In addition, this team handles the preparation of work papers for Foreign Tax return filings in foreign jurisdictions and collaborates with senior leadership, OGC, LOS Finance, Partnership Tax relating to on-going compliance efforts leading to company code and tax filing requirements for compliance with laws and regulations of foreign territories.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certification(s) Preferred: CPA

Knowledge Preferred:

Working knowledge of financial reporting in the areas of operational analysis and financial statement preparation.

Working knowledge in participating and contributing to special projects fulfilling a supportive role to management.

Skills Preferred:

Proven experience in providing financial reporting and assistance to leaders in the areas of project maintenance, cost management, and operational analysis.

Demonstrated experience assisting in the preparation of financial statements/supporting schedules and metrics used to determine tax liability and minimize risk exposure.

Ability to provide comprehensive analytical and technical assistance to team.

Proven ability to work with management to resolve issues and report potential issues that may impact foreign source revenues/income and VAT filings.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal customers to thoroughly understand their requirements and help to establish that customers' needs are met.

Demonstrated experience helping establish that processes, system and process enhancements, and process flows and operating procedures for service areas are documented and kept current.

Formal responsibility to analyze the quality of work product within the team and make necessary modifications.

Demonstrated experience developing changes and/or additions to existing reporting packages.

Proven ability to prepare and distribute standard and/or ad hoc financial reports.

Proven experience providing management with assistance on complex technical and/or analytical matters, and accounting functions.

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners, finance leaders and stakeholders.

Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint leveraged to provide impactful analysis of dat
