Job Description
Across industries, our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Technology, Information, Communications Entertainment and Media industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. TICE serves clients in the following industries: Entertainment, Media and Communications, Technology and Private Equity.

Our Technology Strategists help clients make technology a strategic enabler of business success through our interrelated service areas: digital and IT strategy, process transformation, structural change e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and technology innovation.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Master's degree or Doctorate

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of, and/or success within professional services firms or corporate environments involving, providing IT Program/Project Management specialization that includes the development of program strategy, program governance, leadership structure and operating model design.

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of program mobilization and execution in one or more of the following areas:

- Program structure and governance
- Financial business case development
- Detailed implementation planning
- Build / Implementation approach
- Shared Services operations design
- PMO design and execution strategy
- Decision support for ongoing critical delivery issues

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of business architecture in support of technology delivery initiatives including business process or operating model development, large technology program delivery methods, and program recovery/turnaround strategies.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate levels of abilities in leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, individual initiative pertaining to the end-to-end direction of program/project strategy engagements, emphasizing the following areas:

- Leading teams to generate a vision and creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views and encouraging improvement and innovation;
- Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and feedback;
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships;
- Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats;
- Establishing program/project strategy, eliciting business requirements, and developing solution architectures;
- Defining sourcing strategy
e.g., vendor selection, contract review, support/structuring, and process;
- Providing program risk assessment and strategic guidance on program execution;
- Developing business cases, implementation toolkits and change/communication plans; and,
- Leveraging quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide meaningful insights to clients around their IT program/project strategies.
