In order to deliver this experience, the HR Demand Management, DM, team identifies and matches resources with the appropriate opportunities, striving to provide challenging assignments and potential for their personal growth, while maintaining balance with the need of our clients and the Advisory business.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or at least one year of success in a deployment and operations role within a professional services firm or large corporate environment.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proficient functional knowledge of, and/or a proven success with serving in a role demonstrating the following:

- Assisting with special projects, such as skills tracking, enhancements to technology and processes, reporting, that identify synergies between system applications and current business processes to manage business;

- Participating in weekly discussions with Industry team leadership to focus on the broader business needs.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven proficient ability and/or success with performing in a role leveraging and utilizing Firm-issued applications to manage Human Resources functions
such as internal forecasting tools, SalesForce, PeopleSoft, Source 1, SAP, and Lotus Notes—under the direction of a Demand Management team for a global network of professional services consulting firms, including the following areas:

- Updating all client service staff schedules in the Firm's forecasting tool;

- Entering and continually updating all unfulfilled demand in the Firm's forecasting tool;
- Generating and distributing daily, weekly and ad hoc reporting;

- Conduct skill searches to compile preliminary candidate lists and distributing to requestor;

- Generating and distributing staffing confirmation emails;

- Approving client service staff vacation requests and escalate those requests that exceed two weeks to the DM team and HR for approval;
- Updating pipelines and generating requests for billing code generation and third-party services; and,

- Creating pricing models with actual staffing as directed by DM team.

Demonstrates proficient ability in managing multiple work-streams; managing team activity workflow and job priorities; excelling within a fast-paced, evolving environment that emphasizes working effectively within tight deadlines; and utilizing analytical skills through troubleshooting and evaluating of various systems and tools, including the leveraging of Microsoft Excel.
