Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

Marketing's job is to deeply understand our customer's needs and wants, and to turn those insights into plans and actions that generate high margin demand and elevate our brand.

We act as an enabling function to help the client serving professionals accomplish their strategies and meet their targets.

We deliver this result through creative and innovation application of deep marketing expertise, data analytics, strong program management, media, and branding knowledge.

Geographic Marketing focuses on the marketing for a specific geographic area. The Geography marketing team advises market leadership on strategic business issues that impact the client base in a specific market to penetrate top priority accounts and targets.

Then team partners across all functions (Sector, Line of Service, Brand and Shared Services) at the market level to build and deepen client relationships, enhance the firm's brand and visibility, strengthen alumni relations, corporate responsibility, hospitality, promote and sell PwC capabilities and services.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or like kind field (e.g., Communications, Public Relations, Advertising).

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in overseeing efforts in digital marketing techniques, marketing trends and industry-leading practices, emphasizing the following areas:

- Developing and driving a data-driven integrated marketing strategy delivering results against business priorities that contribute to developing relationships, building pipeline and increasing brand equity;

- Overseeing marketing tactics across several functional areas of the marketing mix including: Advertising, analyst relations, alumni relations, brand, communications, corporate responsibility, digital and social marketing, events, hospitality, public relations, thought leadership and sales tools, to support strategy to tie these initiatives together using customer journey principles and marketing automation;

- Proactively collaborating with subject matter specialists and leadership to develop and drive compelling marketing messaging and value propositions;

- Aligning activities to competitive and market research that informs client needs, marketing dynamics and strategies to drive high impact and differentiated programs;

- In-depth understanding of key business issues our clients are facing and ability to align our go-to-market strategy and point-of-view(s) around those issues; and,

- Understanding of the Marketing and Sales function, including

brand, public relations, and sales strategies, as well as, a deep understanding of related functions and Lines of Service/Sector client service offerings.

- Managing and optimizing leading edge integrated marketing programs with the latest marketing technologies to create an optimal client experience with measureable results;

- Strategic thinking with tactical execution;

- Aligning marketing strategy, targets, and business development opportunities;

- Utilizing data and analytics to drive insights to help make business decisions;

- Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting voice of the customer and market research information from a variety of sources to drive marketing strategy;

- Working across communications and digital platforms;
Driving and utilizing marketing automation knowledge and client relationship management (CRM) tools to measure and track results of integrated marketing programs that translates information into strategic recommendations;

- Leading and coaching resources, as appropriate, providing verbal and written feedback;

- Building and maintaining strong relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating relationships through a matrixed organization;

- Translating complex concepts (both written and verbal) into easy to understand and compelling messages;

- Assessing marketing needs to make budget recommendations related to measuring and tracking Return on Investment (ROI) results;

- Demonstrating agility and flexibility within a large organization with strong collaboration skills, while being adept at overcoming internal barriers and constraints to deliver successful outcomes;

- Managing and driving multiple complex marketing programs in one or more business areas; and,

- Influencing leadership to increase effectiveness of marketing activities related to revenue growth and strengthening brand in the marketplace.
