Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

Marketing's job is to deeply understand our customer's needs and wants, and to turn those insights into plans and actions that generate high margin demand and elevate our brand.

We act as an enabling function to help the client serving professionals accomplish their strategies and meet their targets.

We deliver this result through creative and innovation application of deep marketing expertise, data analytics, strong program management, media, and branding knowledge.

Sector Marketing provides clients across all industry sectors (e.g. Consumer Markets, Financial Services, Health Industries, Technology) with points of view and suggested one-firm solutions to client issues that are specific to the world in which our clients work: their industry and company. The Sector Marketing Team advises sector leadership on marketing and other related strategies that address our clients' issues in innovative and interesting ways, creating an environment that drives sales, enhanced relationships and a stronger PwC brand.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or like kind field (e.g., Communications, Public Relations, Advertising).

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and programs developed to drive business objectives and share insights on marketing activities and processes. Understanding of key business issues our clients are facing and aligns our go-to-market strategy and point-of-view(s) around those issues. Understanding of competitive positioning to contribute to the development of messaging and marketing strategies.

Skills Preferred:
Ability to participate in the evaluation, analysis and interpretation of voice of the customer and market research information from a variety of sources. Proven ability to leverage writing skills in order to develop and edit internal communications, thought leadership, etc. Demonstrated ability to report on measuring and tracking of results of marketing programs and Return On Investment (ROI). Proven ability to identify internal barriers and resource constraints in order to produce successful programs. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization. Ability to lead the execution of marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of marketing. Ability to make independent decisions on the execution of marketing tactics, and escalates when appropriate. Ability to participate in on-going marketing strategy and drive change by collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals. Prior project management experience such as invitation development, thought leadership edits, etc.
