Job Description
The National Quality Organization Operations team within the National Professional Services Group works with all National verticals. Its core functions include quality, communications, metric development and overall coordination of key National Professional Services Group Projects.

The IT and Web teams' core functions include: formatting, posting, and abstract development for PwC assurance communications and guidance (Weekly Update, InDepths, Alerts, etc.); use of various online application tools and content management systems (Inform, CFODirect, ADC, specialized databases); webcasts, podcasts,

process improvement and overall coordination of key National Professional Services Group internal and external projects.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Preparing and releasing documents in a variety of formats;



- Leveraging extensive use of business-standard suites of technologies (Microsoft Office suite, Google at Work, Jive-based platforms, Adobe, Eloqua, etc) and an understanding about preparing and releasing documents in a variety of formats;

- Utilizing various on-line application tools, including email releases, Content Management Systems, lotus notes databases; and,

- Utilizing abstract development for technical documents, utilizing data analysis, metric creation, adherence to technical brand and style guidelines, proofreading, and project management.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success the following areas:

- Applying critical thinking to projects assigned;

- Using technology for content distribution, advanced editing, abstract development, and proofreading of assurance technical content and business standard platforms/software for formatting documents based on brand and style guidelines;

- Communicating in a succinct, precise and tactful manner with senior management, clients, peers, and staff and supervising teams and reviewing others work; and,

- Coordinating timely completion of project deliverables with subject matter specialists and department and/or business unit leaders.
