The Financial Services Delivery Center plays an integral role by supporting projects and PwC engagement teams across the US in delivering distinctive service to clients through standardization and optimization, increased flexibility, and enhanced quality.

The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) IT team is accountable for managing the IT processes across the aligned IT organization. The Process team works closely with process sponsors and owners in the aligned IT organization who are responsible for their specific process areas. The Process team establishes IT tools and supports the end-to-end IT Value Chain.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Managing processes and the concepts of how to work with an outsourcing vendor;
- Leveraging knowledge of The Firm and how to align the processes methodologies, practices and supporting tools to specific business needs;
- Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement relative to adherence to the standards, agreed processes, and to recommend realistic process improvements to IT leadership; and,
- Supporting industry leading practices, including: -ITIL v3, Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), Business Process Modeling, CMMI, CoBIT, and Six Sigma.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

- Displaying interpersonal skills that aid in effective verbal and written communication;
- Thinking creatively and working effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Supporting the development of standard roadmaps for all IT processes, agreed processes, practices, methodologies and IT enablement tools;
- Supporting the implementation of all process initiatives across the IT organization to address risks or opportunities for improvement;
- Monitoring the adherence of a functional area to agreed upon processes;
- Working with IT Functional Leaders to implement the agreed standard processes for the IT organization, and with functional teams to help them implement standard processes and practices;
- Reviewing compliance with processes to enable the team to make recommendations to the functional teams on ways to improve their process quality and help to identify potential areas of risk due to process weakness;
- Providing IT leadership with an independent view of adherence to IT standard, agreed processes and potential areas of risk and opportunities for quality improvement;
- Implementing and advocating agreed and standard processes, procedures and supporting tools for the IT organization for implementation on all operations, support and investment projects; and,
- Maintaining quality metrics for the processes and working with functional and project teams to continuously improve quality in their processes.
