The Financial Services Delivery Center plays an integral role by supporting projects and PwC engagement teams across the US in delivering distinctive service to clients through standardization and optimization, increased flexibility, and enhanced quality.

The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) PMO group handles the project management for the RPA capability.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 and willing to commit one full year to role.


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success

managing the identification and addressing of client needs including the following areas:

- Planning and facilitating meetings with stakeholders to drive desired outcomes;
- Motivating self and team to complete tasks with effectiveness;
- Influencing others in the direction best suited for the client;
- Maintaining a sense of urgency and being quick to respond; and,
- Facilitating the building of a solid consensus among groups.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing the identification and addressing of client needs including the following areas:

- Interacting with teams and stakeholders globally;
- Proactively driving the completion of action items by facilitating working sessions with stakeholders or other various methods to produce outcomes;
- Functioning as an active listener and capturing meeting minutes, action items and decisions as needed;
- Producing and managing all PMO related artifacts;
- Contributing advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides;
- Displaying effective change management skills; and,
- Learning and applying information and feedback quickly to meet deadlines.
