We tailor our programs to fit the unique needs and strategic business directions of our clients. Our team draws upon leading practices and expertise to design survey programs that deliver meaningful insight into attitudes and behaviors that make a difference to our clients’ business.



Our survey programs focus on the following areas:

- Employee engagement surveys
- Exit surveys
- Onboarding surveys
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- 360 feedback and leadership development surveys
- Employee financial health surveys
- Action planning guidance and manager training
- Internal survey governance and control
- Culture surveys and assessment

Every survey program we offer has one goal in common: giving clients results to take action on items that will improve their business outcomes.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in a business field of study.


Certification(s) Required: In one of the following: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Personnel Psychology.


Degree Preferred: in Master's degree or Doctorate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Mathematics, Organizational Development, Public Policy, Statistics, or the like.


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in translating research results into recommendations / action steps for C-suite or Senior Management level leaders in an organization, emphasizing the following areas:

- Employee lifecycle listening: onboarding, engagement, exit surveys, including pulse surveys; and,

- Assessments: multi-rater feedback/360 and talent assessments.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in business development, including:

- Growing and expanding client portfolios;

- Proactively seeking new opportunities;

- Presenting at conferences, webcasts, roundtables, and other industry events; and,

- Developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in leading projects to successful completion, including:

- Managing positive client relationships, establishing satisfaction throughout any given project;

- Managing project economics, setting and adhering to budgets, aligning and allocating resources, and increasing efficiencies over time;

- Overseeing survey administration and reporting,including data deliverables and reports; and

- Determining and managing project deadlines and deliverables, and overseeing quality assurance of all project deliverables.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in managing project teams, including:


- Providing mentoring, coaching, and general support to project team members;

- Managing appropriate work/life flexibility for team members;


- Coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;


- Providing developmental opportunities to less experienced staff;


- Guiding teams to generate a vision, establishing direction and motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation; and,


- Working with other practice leaders to define priorities, support practice-wide development and innovation, and implement strategy.
