Job Description
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.

Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

The National Internal Firm Services (IFS) Human Resources team is responsible for HR processes related to talent development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance requirements across the IFS Line of Service (LoS).

The Functional Internal Firm Services (IFS) Human Resource team exectutes the strategy for a functional team of IFS staff in areas of sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management, and total rewards and contributes broadly to the implementation of IFS strategy across the Function.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates an intimate knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, an extensive knowledge of the following areas related to the internal operations ("IFS") of a global network of professional services firms:
- IFS functional group(s) strategies, goals and critical achievement targets for the purpose of being the key leader interfacing with the Functional leaders, Functional Human Capital leader, and National IFS Human Resources leadership, and
- Strategic and operational priorities of the IFS functional group, especially as it relates to all aspects of human resources management.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates a proven intimate abilities and success within a role involving human resources management, preferably within the internal operations of a network of global professional services firms or comparable financial services firm, which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Driving HR strategy and continuous improvement by conducting human capital performance analyses against targeted metrics, emphasizing determining actionable items, researching root causes, and developing plan of action;
- Leading a workforce planning process, including recruiting goals;
- Leading the implementation of PwC's Leadership Development Experience;
- Providing strategic oversight and guidance to IFS functional HR Generalists to address critical people issues;
- Leading, coaching and developing IFS functional HR Generalists;
- Reviewing the implementation of diversity efforts within the IFS functional team;
- Investigating and resolving complaints not involving ethics, expenses, discrimination, retaliation or sexual harassment; providing oversight and guidance for investigations conducted by IFS functional generalists.
