Members of the user experience (UX) design team transform business strategy, consumer research and analytics into compelling creative.

Position/Program Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
A portfolio of your desktop, mobile and tablet UX work (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architectures, etc) is required for review. Please include a link to it in your resume or upload it on the Additional Attachments section of the application.

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 years of experience with at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in an agency-like environment

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles designing and creating deliverables that support the execution of digital business strategy in conjunction with the business development lifecycle and client presentations or meetings, emphasizing performance in a team environment, and the following:
- Comprehensive understanding of UI design best practices, patterns and intuitive navigational schemes;
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign) and/or related UX tools to create the experience of a project including the information architecture, flows, sitemap, wireframes, annotations, etc.;
- Expert knowledge in the tools to create prototype from fast to polished ones; Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and jQuery;
- Ability to build interactive prototypes;
- Ability to construct mid to large scale information architectures for large organizations and apply business and customer level strategies to a user experience;
- Capability to create detailed wireframe schematics and annotate functionality;
- Create user requirement specifications, including personas, scenarios, task analysis, flowcharts, organization, navigation models, detailed wireframes, and other tools to effectively communicate the user experience and user interface/interaction elements;
- Skillfully merge research findings, new ideas, creative innovation, and best practices to generate unique, strategic solutions;
- Work with Creative team and UI/Technical Leads to ensure successful implementation of functionality, usability, interface, and interaction designs;
- Review and interpret analytics data to inform understanding of customer behavior and the site experience.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, approaching the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success utilizing effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the preparation of clear and concise documentation for clients. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team member, including understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and completing work in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
