Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 3

Additional years of experience verbiage: years executing project management initiatives, preferably within an interactive agency

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and proven success in roles managing multiple client-based mid-to-large scale web initiatives, leading and overseeing the entire project lifecycle of web development and the following related areas:

Executing interactive marketing campaigns through collaboration with creative, technology, and business development teams to help define overall scope and develop implementation plans, providing clear communications to all stakeholders and diplomacy when offering feedback to clients and team members
Utilizing MS Office Suite, including MS Project, and related technologies to create and manage project plans and roadmaps, and ensure all client engagements are delivered according to approved requirements

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities to collaborate with a broad team of strategy, technology, creative and production resources, especially coordinating project work with third-party partners and vendors and owning various phases of implementation from start-to-finish.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success using innovation, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mind-sets when managing digital marketing projects that utilizing SDLC development methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall or Spiral, emphasizing the following:
Utilizing extensive quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with an extensive attention to detail and accuracy,
Leveraging digital marketing communications acumen when leading .NET, SQL Server application development projects.
Demonstrates proven success and thorough abilities to identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of Firm services; approach client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
Demonstrates proven success and thorough abilities to interact and utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the preparation of clear and concise documentation for clients.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team member, including understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; and completing work in a timely, accurate, efficient manner
