Job Description

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development

Certification(s) Preferred: Cerification in either Oracle, Workday or SuccessFactors technologies Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates some knowledge in the areas of, and/or success in roles involving, HR analytics and reporting engagements, emphasizing HR analytic platforms such as Oracle, Workday or Success Factors.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates some proven abilities and success with research and analysis, emphasizing the following areas:

- Identifying and addressing client needs individually as a contributor or as a team member: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; and,

- Performing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
