Job Description
The National Quality Organization Operations team within the National Professional Services Group works with all National verticals. Its core functions include quality, communications, metric development and overall coordination of key National Professional Services Group Projects.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates knowledge of, and proven success in prior roles involving, statistical principals and ability to analyze results, identify possible issues, make recommendations for process improvement and support conclusions, including the following areas:
- Data analysis;
- Risk analysis and mitigation;
- Presentation development utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Performance metrics and reporting; and,
- Change agility and process improvements


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates ability and/or a prior record of success with participating in diverse, cross-functional teams and having primary, and/or autonomous responsibility for establishing, monitoring, and controlling initiatives that emphasize the following areas:
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Applying creative and/or critical thinking and problem-solving to projects, including conducting and delivering appropriate analysis;
- Working independently and as part of a team to develop proactively innovative solutions to complex problems, emphasizing the conducting of data analytics;
- Being flexible while prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
- Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting clearly; to and/or for all levels of audiences, which includes creating and producing presentation slides and/or other standard business communications; collaborating effectively with people from different teams with varying degrees of technical experience; and, communicating in a succinct, precise and tactful manner with senior management, clients, peers, and staff.
