Job Description
As a member of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions.

Inter-company transactions across borders are growing rapidly and are becoming much more complex. Compliance with the differing requirements of multiple overlapping tax jurisdictions is a complicated and time-consuming task.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 8

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting

Certification(s) Required: CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree, Juris Doctorate or Doctorate

in Economics

Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of federal, state and foreign transfer pricing tax law, inter-company pricing arrangements, devising solutions to reduce risk and exposure, diagnostics, compliance, planning, controversy, and alternate dispute resolution services.
Thorough knowledge of developing global tax minimization strategies; maintaining close cooperation between subject matter experts in economic analysis, tax law, and accounting; inter-company pricing arrangements between related business entities including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services & loans and other financing transactions.

Skills Preferred:
Extensive technical skills, including advance pricing agreements; experience working with competent authorities, foreign rules, inter-company pricing arrangements, and cross-border inter-company transactions; developing local country transfer pricing documentation; global planning for continuous optimization of clients' existing and new US-to-foreign and foreign-to-foreign inter-company transactions, as well as special projects related to clients' restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures, statistical tools and modeling methodologies.
Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
