Job Description
PwC established New Ventures to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market.

New Ventures identifies, develops, and commercializes technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within the Firm, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.

The Technology Program Operations team is focused on anticipating issues, solving problems and driving process improvement through collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. They enhance the product development process throughout the lifecycle working closely with product managers, user experience strategists and designers, architects, developers, technical and product operations team to recruiting and human capital.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6 with at least 4 years of experience of software / product development experience.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Degree Preferred: MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Certification(s) Preferred: ITIL v3, Lean/Six Sigma, or other Process Optimization Certification.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas :

- Management of development, operations, and offshore teams including a background in technology transformation programs, project management, and/or technology operations management;

- Experience with product lifecycle management; and,

- Experience supporting new product features and/or solutions in an Agile environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Consolidating view of team milestones across Product Management, Architecture, Technical and Product Operations, User Experience Strategists and Designers and Product Development;

- Liaising with, building relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

- Communicating with impact verbally and writing client-focused deliverables, presentations, and other communications;

- Managing and/or administering product team staffing model and assessing team gaps / hiring needs;

- Partnering with stakeholders in establishing a Product Portfolio investment and review process, creating process standardization;

- Managing projects associated with improving virtual team collaboration;

- Leading efforts in creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs;

- Establishing and managing third party development, cloud, and technology operations as well as company relationships;

- Managing tools and vendor relationships related to technology operations and development stacks;

- Negotiating and executing third party contracts; and,

- Managing demand pipeline with Service Delivery Centers, including associated costs and metrics management.
