The Network Partner Key Talent and Development Center of Excellence has been established to serve the needs of select Network partner key talent as enabler of the Network’s strategy.

Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class talent and development practices, this function supports and enables high quality, highly relevant talent management, and partner development solutions targeted for select partners identified to have potential to fill or who are already on succession plans for roles identified to be Critical Network roles.

The Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for setting strategy to select key talent, manage succession activities and the design, development and delivery of both formal and informal learning solutions and assets for this group of partners. The COE will combine a full range of learning and development solutions including live, in-person and live virtual experiences, digital and community enablement, collaborative partner learning, relevant content curation working with a Content Advisory Board, and other cutting edge experiences to ensure these partners have access to the right learning, work, and project experiences and role changes at the optimal time and place.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Graduate degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in project management methodologies, tools and techniques including

managing day-to-day operations in support of executive or senior leader talent identification, management and succession planning.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

- Managing complex and sensitive projects and information;
- Exhibiting attention to details and interactions with senior level partners and other leaders;
- Managing confidential consultations that often include performance, skills or impact and other highly sensitive information related to talent identification and succession planning type activities;
- Demonstrating ability as an internal service provider in an environment where client service or satisfaction is paramount.
- Demonstrating experience in a related business partnership type role either in Human Capital, Sales and Marketing, Industry Programmes, etc. where regular interface with senior partners is a routine element of the role;
- Consulting with Network or Territory leaders to identify, assess and develop key talent, build Network Critical Role succession pipeline strength and diversity;
- Consulting with selected territories on talent management leading practices initially in partnership with the Director leading the talent ID and succession area;
- Drafting, synthesizing feedback and inputting to talent and succession communications;
- Managing critical and sensitive information in support of matching recommendations for key talent partners and Network Critical Roles;
- Leveraging project management skills, ideally managing large, complex and multi-workstream projects where the management of team members and project deliverables requires long and short-term planning and multi-month or year scenarios;
- Demonstrating exposure or experience in talent management and or succession planning, performance, impact and or a related area;
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships cross cultures and or geographical borders within and across Territories;
- Consulting, collaborating, teaming and influencing without direct authority across functional and territory teams and within the COE; and,
- Possessing extensive oral and written communication skills; super user of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
