Job Description
PwC established New Ventures to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market.

New Ventures identifies, develops, and commercializes technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within the Firm, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.

Our Workplace Solutions team enables our internal and external stakeholders to generate and
close customer opportunities across all technology business models, buyer centers, and cross
industries. We identify the needs of customers and match them with solutions from our New Ventures portfolio built around a technology platform.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10 related to tech sector sales, marketing and/or business development.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.

Degree Preferred: MBA

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

- Developing go to market approach for technology products;
- Utilizing C-level communication, influence and cross-functional collaboration skills; and,
- Interpreting employee collaboration and experience strategies, researching technology trends and competitive data to develop channel and product positioning.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

- Developing and refining of product messaging and positioning in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external alliances;
- Creating clarity and driving focus in complex and dynamic contexts;
- Organizing and managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Designing sales strategies, product offer strategies, pitch materials and developing work plan for product teams; and,
- Analyzing and resolving challenges at both strategic and tactical levels.
