Job Description
The Global Delivery Model Services (GDMS) organization is focused on three strategic objectives: articulation and integration of Global Delivery Model (GDM) strategy; definition, build-out and continuous improvement of GDM delivery capabilities; and ongoing execution of GDM operations to ensure seamless quality and service across the Service Delivery Network (SDN).

The Global Delivery Model Solutions team develops programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, implementing, and managing a robust Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of the firm’s Global Delivery Model (GDM) operations on a world-wide scale. This includes establishing governance operating processes for maintaining and improving the BPM over time.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8 with four years or more of years of experience in designing and implementing process automation solutions using some of the leading RPA (robotics process automation) and/or other emerging automation technologies and familiarity with multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation technologies.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Certification(s) Preferred: Certification in one or multiple Robotics Process Automation and/or other emerging automation technologies.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

- Improving the efficiency of business processes and effectiveness of their services both on and off shore;
- Demonstrating knowledge of PwC's SDN and off-shore delivery center operation;  
- Partnering with the IT organization and internal vendors supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to configure automation solutions and advise business units on determining the optimal business model and identifying the right automation tools to help plan or implement their automation road-map;
- Leading a team to centralize operations and maximize Return of Investment for off shore centers or services;

- Leveraging other areas of our firms Global Delivery Network to provide a differentiating and distinctive service; and,
- Shaping and implementing strategic technology solutions to establishing that PwC remains on the leading edge of RPA and potentially Artificial Intelligence technology.  

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

- Leading full life cycle of automation solution implementation;
- Using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.;
- Establishing services with an off-shore provider in the automation space;
- Understanding business requirements and converting them into enterprise-scale automation solution designs;
- Delivering pragmatic and innovative approaches that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities;
- Producing detailed support documents to match the solution designs and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of the solution; and,
- Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums.
