Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-centric, high-performing team that drives the Firm's priorities and long-term revenue growth by

passionately positioning PwC as a distinctive brand in the marketplace.

The Marketing and Sales Solutions team plays a critical role supporting the Marketing and Sales function by helping to maximize the benefits obtained from existing solutions, such as Salesforce. The team will also be responsible for identifying new solutions that will result in Marketing and Sales achieving its goals. The team will leverage existing technologies and identify new solutions to help improve business processes.

The Marketing and Sales (MS) Solutions Team provides project management for all MS projects, including solution releases. They will work with Information Technology, Change and Communications, Learning and Development, and stakeholders from the various business units to meet their responsibilities in a timely manner to achieve success. They will manage and motivate the project team to meet solution goals and objectives. They will also manage the scope and budget of project work and collaborate with the team leads to gather the appropriate project management information. In addition, the team will manage the resolution of all MS solution product backlog. They will engage with stakeholders to address enhancements and resolve defects.

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Collaborating efforts on cross-team, cross-MS, and firmwide initiatives with mid and longterm impact on the firm’s ability to meet its transformation objectives;
- Managing ongoing stewardship of business requirements over a portfolio of client enabling and facing solutions by gathering and documenting information that MS Solutions Senior Product Owner needs to support engagement with US IT, Global IT and other stakeholders;
- Developing relationships outside of the functional team, focusing on understanding the needs of those who depend on the team’s services and those who deliver services on which the team depends;
- Managing preparation of solution related project related business proposals and presents proposals for approval as appropriate through to MS Solutions leadership;
- Influencing MS Solutions team by facilitating dialog, providing suggestions and solutions while establishing client service needs are achieved; and,
- Monitoring issues and necessary improvements by collaborating with US IT and Global IT to implement solutions that address the concerns of the Line of Service and Marketing and Sales.
