Job Description
Our People and Organization consultants help clients effectively execute their business strategies through their people and maximize return on human capital. We do this by helping to transform their HR function, including their HR policies, operations and dashboards, and increasing their workforce capability. We also drive both transformational and event driven changes by focusing on organization design, leadership, culture, change management, communications and training.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven expertise of the business strategy consulting field with success in leadership roles at large, global, complex organizations, and/or successful, fast-growing innovators.

Demonstrates proven thought-leader level of knowledge and understanding of, as well as success in roles involving, consulting projects and teams related to talent strategy and operations within enterprise-wide, multinational corporations.

Demonstrates expertise with, and a consistent track record of, selling and leading efforts to build detailed organization designs, advising clients and providing support in the successful implementation of large-scale transitions from current state to future state.

This includes extensive knowledge of, and exposure to, approaches for building and enhancing client relationships and selling consulting projects.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities to engage successfully in complex, broad and often ill-defined business issues through deep understanding of both the particular enterprise and industry-specific issues.

Demonstrates proven extensive intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader and success to begin with a strong vision, and lead a team to a successful conclusion through problem solving global,

enterprise-wide strategy issues, with a clear line of sight to implementation activities.

Demonstrates proven thought-leader level and proven record ofsuccess to deliver impact to the client through effective listening and strong personal leadership that inspires the rest of the team, fosters productive teamwork, help develop and grow team members throughout the course of the engagement while developing lasting client relationships.

Demonstrates proven extensive intimate abilities in thought leadership, new business development in the

talent strategy field, including client lead generation, maturation, proposal development, and close.

Proven thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success, managing and delivering significant business results through delivering strategic insights on the ability of a business to sustain growth and profit and assessing transformational improvements across operational settings while utilizing strategic and creative thinking, individual initiative and the following skills:

-Developing a business and talent vision and leading complex projects while functioning as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of client organizations;

and addressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships; manage resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;
-Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences with the effective use of compelling visuals;
-Conducting and directing a broad range quantitative and qualitative research, applying the full suite of both primary and secondary analytical approaches from operational benchmarking to strategic voice of the customer.

This role supports client work contractually requiring US Citizenship and a TS/SCI FS level Security Clearance.
