The Health Industries practice comprises professionals with deep health industry expertise, including physicians, nurses, information system specialists, health policy analysts, actuaries, financial advisors, and data analysts. Their multidisciplinary and multi-industry approach enables our professionals to collaborate with clients to help them manage strategic initiatives, deliver financial performance and operational improvements, manage risk and compliance programs and to align core business processes with health information technology.

We provide Change and Program Management solutions encompass the following areas:
-Portfolio management – Plan, measure, control and optimize the return to the business on the portfolio of investments at both an individual enterprise and aggregate level during the complete investment life-cycle
-Enterprise program management – Achieve centralized and coordinated management of projects and activities in order to meet organizational strategic objectives
-Change Management - Assess change readiness among stakeholder groups and identify potential barriers/risks, plan implementation activities and design/deliver strategies to obtain awareness, buy-in and support for critical changes
-Organization design - Evaluate effectiveness of existing organizational structures, align organizational structure with client business strategy and objectives, manage performance by linking individual performance to business outcomes, and perform succession planning
-Training - Conduct training needs assessments, design competency-based curriculums, assess organizational effectiveness and design blended learning strategies, including the integration and use of eLearning


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates considerable knowledge and understanding of developing and delivering client solutions in the areas of program and portfolio management, change management, learning and organizational design, preferably within the healthcare industry, specifically the following:
Business Development
-Assisting in business development efforts, i.e. researching and drafting sections of proposals, developing pricing strategies and participating in sales meetings where appropriate
-Developing and leveraging industry relationships and networks with clients and PwC resources across the Firm's Lines of Service
-Identifying opportunities to expand our client base and the scope of work we provide to our clients
-Developing thought leadership and proactive marketing materials and delivering presentations, as required, to internal and external audiences regarding our subject matter expertise and services
Solution Definition
-Advising clients on the best courses of action while considering cost, effort, risk and potential outcomes
-Assisting in the facilitation of agreement on approach, methodologies and tools to ensure alignment with client's business requirements
-Possessing industry-specific skills and thorough-levels of knowledge to satisfy engagement requirements
-Leveraging and tailoring tools and methodologies from previous engagements
A completed and obtained Master's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or technology is preferred.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in, at least three of the following areas related to the leading and delivering of client solutions in the areas of project management, change management, development and delivery of learning programs, organizational design, and process improvement:
Development and Delivery
-Assisting in delivering change and program management engagements on time and budget; manage engagement economics, including invoicing for services and collecting payments
-Leading and managing work streams and coordinate resources within large complex change and program management engagements
-Responding to changing client needs and program progress by realigning efforts to meet established program objectives
-Producing and reviewing deliverables with an extensive orientation toward detail
People
-Overseeing work of junior staff and managing workload balance while maintaining accountability for program objectives
-Assisting in the coaching and development of junior staff
-Administering training for program members (resource training and work stream specific technical training), PwC staff, clients and other third party consultants
