PricewaterhouseCoopers advises Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing effective global information risk management compliance programs and enterprise content management solutions Subject matter specialists provide our clients with guidance on ECM governance, strategy, policies, solutions and implementations. Our teams guide clients with documenting and enhancing processes and requirements; architecting design solutions; identifying and selecting technology tools; developing and deploying ECM systems; and providing ongoing support and transformational assistance. Our technology focus is on unstructured content management systems, including document & contract mgmt, records mgmt, web content mgmt, digital asset mgmt, search solutions, e-discovery tools and social media tools.

Basic Qualifications
Demonstrates extensive knowledge about the following areas as it relates to developing and implementing effective global information risk management compliance programs:
-Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
-ECM best practices, strategies & governances
-Records Management & Business Process Management
-Taxonomy building & metadata models
-Leading Project teams responsible for requirements documentation, user test cases, design documents and proposals
-Project management methodology & MS Project plan experience
-Management of Client relationships and project expectations for the successful delivery of ECM projects
-Proven thorough ability to prepare and present concise, accurate documents and reports with attention to business writing and grammar

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge about one of more of the following areas related to guidance on electronic content and records management:
-Oracle & SQL databases
-Programming languages used for coding, testing, & troubleshooting, such as Java, .NET
-Web technology, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET
-Extensive ability to deliver projects for ECM strategy and system implementation
-Extensive technical or functional knowledge of ECM full lifecycle implementations, including a proven record of success leading at least ten ECM full lifecycle implementation projects
-Thorough technical or functional knowledge of ECM Platforms, including a proven record of success serving in a role that utilizes ECM Platforms.

Certification in any of the following preferred: Content or Records Management or software vendor certifications.
Completed studies of concentration in Computer Science or Library & Information Sciences preferred.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrated extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with utilizing the following software on projects related to electronic records management, discovery readiness, privacy and data security:

Microsoft SharePoint 2007 & 2010 (WSS, Standard & Enterprise versions), demonstrated thorough knowledge or direct experience working with and on the following:
-Central administration consoles
-Search configurations
-Definition of content types inside columns
-Security permissions management
-InfoPath forms and workflows
-User profiles and MySites
IBM FileNet P8 (3.5.X and/or 4.X), demonstrated thorough knowledge or direct experience working with and on the following:
-FileNet eForms
-Architecture (Weblogic, Oracle, SQL Server, etc) and business continuity or disaster recovery
-Working knowledge of Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine
-Customizations utilizing the FileNet P8 APIs
-FileNet security & LDAP integration design, set up, and management
-Workplace & FileNet administration
EMC Documentum v5.3 & v6+ (Administrator, Webtop, web publisher, content server, DFC web services), demonstrated thorough knowledge or direct experience working with and on the following:
-Documentum related document scanning & imaging
-Publishing of content and Documentum administration via DA or Webtop
OpenText v8.0 (ECM Suite), demonstrated thorough knowledge or direct experience working with and on the following:
-Livelink Content Lifecycle Management
-Artesia Digital Asset Management
-for SAP Solutions
-Capture Center
-Discovery Server
-Email Management
-Records Management

Oracle UCM/URM 10g or 11g (Universal Content Manager, Universal Records Manager)
-Content Repository Design
-Oracle Secure Enterprise Search configuration and administration
