PricewaterhouseCoopers advises Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing effective global information risk management compliance programs and enterprise content management solutions Subject matter specialists provide our clients with guidance on ECM governance, strategy, policies, solutions and implementations. Our teams guide clients with documenting and enhancing processes and requirements; architecting design solutions; identifying and selecting technology tools; developing and deploying ECM systems; and providing ongoing support and transformational assistance. Our technology focus is on unstructured content management systems, including document & contract mgmt, records mgmt, web content mgmt, digital asset mgmt, search solutions, e-discovery tools and social media tools.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrates thorough knowledge about the following areas as it relates to developing and implementing effective global information risk management ECM solutions:
-ECM best practices, strategies, and governances
-Records Management policies and procedures
-Business Process Management functionality
-Taxonomy building and& metadata models
-Documentation, including an exposure to requirements documentation, user test cases, design documents, & proposals
-Project management methodology & Microsoft Project plan experience
-The conduct of client interviews, data gathering & findings summation
-Proven thorough ability to prepare & present concise, accurate documents and reports with attention to business writing & grammar
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge about one of more of the following areas related to guidance on ECM:
-Drafting content management strategies and/or implementation roadmaps;
-Evaluating and selecting of content management solutions and the project management of implementing ECM systems;
-Conducting current state to future state gap analyses against strategy & technology
-Proven record of success demonstrating functional knowledge through the completion of at least two ECM full lifecycle implementation projects and leveraging of ECM Platforms
-Certification in Content or Records Management or any software vendor certification. .
Completed studies of concentration in Computer Science or Library and Information Sciences preferred.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and a proven ability to utilize the following software on projects related to enterprise content management through knowledge and/or direct experience working with and on the following for Governance, strategy, requirements, design, project management, and functional benefits knowledge of the systems
-Microsoft SharePoint 2007 & 2010 (WSS, Standard, & Enterprise versions)
-IBM FileNet P8 (3.5.X and/or 4.X),
