The largest business unit within PwC's Advisory Services, Products & Services Industries (P&SI) provides specialized business and technology consulting services to clients across several sectors by combining functional expertise with deep industry knowledge. P&SI serves public and private companies in the Automotive, Energy, Entertainment, Media, and Communications, Industrial Products, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer, Technology, and Utilities sectors. P&SI professionals also work with our clients' economic buyers (CEO, CFO, CIO, M&A Buyer, and VP of Human Resources) in any industry sector to frame and address emerging issues. PwC has a dedicated Oracle EBS practice that helps clients with the entire range of services including ERP rationalization, R12 upgrade strategy and execution and EBS enabled business transformation initiatives. PwC helps clients with all aspects of EBS projects including project management, business process re-engineering, infrastructure setup and technical design and development.
Knowledge Preferred:
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS application based solutions, especially multiple Oracle Procure to Pay modules.
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in a role emphasizing consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the Oracle product suite.
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the different phases and/or stages of an implementation.
-Demonstrates extensive business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle Procure to Pay modules.
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge of processes in specific industries, such as High-Tech or Industrial Manufacturing
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge and subject matter expertise with coordinating activities with the technical team and writing functional specifications of RICE items, emphasizing designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment.
-Demonstrates extensive Oracle consulting knowledge with a proven record of success assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle based solutions and improving business processes.
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors: Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Consumer and Retail, Energy, Industrial Products, Technology or Utilities.
-Demonstrates extensive knowledge of at least two of the following modules: Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, Advanced Procurement (Sourcing, Proc. Contracts, and Services Procurement), iSupplier, IPM, Inventory
Skills Preferred:
-Demonstrates extensive abilities with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
-Demonstrates extensive abilities as a Project and/or Track Lead: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
-Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success leading process workshops and presenting in front of teams.
