The largest business unit within PwC's Advisory Services, Products & Services Industries (P&SI) provides specialized business and technology consulting services to clients across several sectors by combining functional expertise with deep industry knowledge. P&SI serves public and private companies in the Automotive, Energy, Entertainment, Media, and Communications, Industrial Products, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer, Technology, and Utilities sectors. P&SI professionals also work with our clients' economic buyers (CEO, CFO, CIO, M&A Buyer, and VP of Human Resources) in any industry sector to frame and address emerging issues. In so doing, P&SI serves as Advisory's incubator for complex problem-solving and new services, addressing changing business models that require the intricate integration of processes, technology and people across the clients' entire enterprise.

Our IT Service Management Solutions are delivered through a global practice with deep experience in ITSM strategy, organizational change management, service and process development and end to end solution implementation. We possess deep understanding of IT Strategy and IT transformation with extensive experience and skills pertaining to IT Service Management and ITIL v3 industry practices. We combine this with comprehensive experience in a consulting role for IT infrastructure, architecture and IT operations to drive sustainable value for our clients


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates a thorough understanding how IT organizations capitalize upon technology, including leveraging an extensive knowledge of IT strategy; roadmaps; architecture; engineering; operations; policy, processes and/or standards; IT governance; and, program delivery.
Demonstrates a proven record of success as an individual contributor and/or a manager of specific project workstreams on IT Service Management engagements and project teams specializing in the design and implementation of ITSM processes, organizational structures, functions and technology within the following areas, including:

-Service Strategy and Design,
-Service Desk, Incident, and Problem Management,
-Request Management / Fulfillment
-Asset and Configuration Management,
-Change and Release Management,
-IT Financial Management,
-Service Catalog and Service Portfolio Management,
-Cloud solutions and implementation,
-Data Center and Process Automation.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success an individual contributor on, client-facing business development, engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership as it relates to the development, assessment and implementation of Information Technology (IT) solutions that parallel project management, process improvement, technology deployment, and other business advisory initiatives.

An obtained Masters Degree is preferred.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates a thorough ability and/or a proven record of success managing successful enterprise scale implementations of IT infrastructure and service management software packages (including major ITSM vendors such as HP, BMC and CA), including a thorough ability to leverage one or more of the following related toolsets:

-HP Service Manager/Asset Manager (Legacy Peregrine),
-HP Server Automation/Operations Orchestration (Legacy Opsware),
-HP UCMDB/DDM (Legacy Mercury), and
-HP Operations Manager

Demonstrates a thorough ability to identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings, sustaining client relationships; preparing and presenting high, quality written and verbal materials, communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and effectively managing project work load.
Demonstrates a thorough ability and/or a proven record of success performing in a role as a project or workstream leader in a fast-paced, dynamic, professional services environment.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 3 yrs
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) desired: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
Additional requirements:
Demonstrates willingness and ability to conduct business travel 80 - 100% in the role
