The largest business unit within PwC's Advisory Services, Products & Services Industries (P&SI) provides specialized business and technology consulting services to clients across several sectors by combining functional expertise with deep industry knowledge. The Advisory team focused on E-Business Suite Human Capital Management solutions assists clients with the following:
Architecture: Rationalizing a portfolio of applications from integrated systems, best-of-breed solutions, and other software implemented over the years or inherited with mergers and acquisitions
Selection: Facilitating an objective, fact-based process to weigh the most viable options for integrated systems (e.g. ERP) and/or best-of-breed, point solutions
Implementation: Assessing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Oracle system components to meet business requirements
Optimization: Assessing and redesigning processes in Oracle, SAP, or other leading ERP systems
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success as an individual contributor on project teams related to
-Oracle EBS HR based solutions.
-Human Resources consulting knowledge and experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle EBS based solutions and improving HR business processes
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success as an individual contributor on project teams related to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities. Participate in proposal development efforts.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and with, and/or a proven record of success in a role as an individual contributor related to
-Oracle EBS functional configuration with emphasis on core human capital business processes including, human resources, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, talent and performance management.
-Designing, implementing and supporting complex HR business processes in an Oracle EBS environment.
-Designing, building, testing and deploying Oracle EBS HR solutions.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and with, and/or a proven record of success in a role as an individual contributor related addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
